Booking Process

Here are the steps that will happen when booking with us:

  1. Find available dates on our availability calendar. If your preferred dates are not available, please contact us.  We have a network of other owners that we can recommend to you.
  2. Send us a booking inquiry by email at, giving us the dates you would like to book with us. If there are things you wish to discuss by phone, please include a phone number and the best time to call.
  3. We will get back to you within a few hours to discuss your specific details.  If you do not hear back from us within 24 hours please call the phone number +1 (662) 626-2296.
  4. Once details are settled, we will send you our detailed Terms and Conditions (most of which are available for viewing on this website) and an invoice for the 50% deposit (if you book more than 30 days before your planned arrival) or the full amount (if you book closer to your arrival date).  The invoice will contain a link by which you can pay the amount due using PayPal or your credit card.  This will lock in your reservation with us.  We will hold your dates for 48 hours after sending the invoice to you.
  5. Before your scheduled arrival date, you must notify us by email that you accept the the Terms and Condition that we sent to you.
  6. If there is an outstanding balance you will receive the final invoice from us for this amount.  You must pay this no later than 21 days before your arrival date.
